Ich bin im Namibia Fieber. Die letzten Vorbereitungen sind im Gange und es wird Zeit zu packen. Diese Reise wird speziell für mich, da ich drei Wochen in Namibia verbringen darf. Zwei Wochen mit meinem Mann und Sohn. Eine Woche für mich in der ich mich meiner Leidenschaft dem Laufen voll und ganz hingeben kann. In einer tollen Community bei der ich mich wunderbar aufgehoben fühle. Mit dem einem Ziel dieses Rennen mit einem Lächeln durch den Zielbogen zu erreichen. Ja, ich bin aufgeregt auch wenn ich schon Rennen gemacht habe weil es immer wieder doch anders ist. Ich freue mich auf eine tolle Zeit in Namibia. Ich freue mich wieder in ein Land eintauchen zu dürfen und es mit allen meinen Sinnen erleben zu können.

I'm completely hooked on Namibia! The final preparations are underway, and it's time to pack. This trip will be special for me, as I get to spend three weeks in Namibia. Two weeks with my husband and son. One week for myself, where I can fully indulge my passion for running. I'll be part of a fantastic community where I feel incredibly welcome. My sole aim is to cross the finish line with a smile. Yes, I'm excited, even though I've run races before, because it's always a unique experience. I'm looking forward to a wonderful time in Namibia. I'm excited to immerse myself in the country again and experience it with all my senses.

I love going to the mountains. Last year, during the Gobi March, I had my first desert experience. I was fascinated by this incredible landscape. The desert has a wonderful energy and at the same time a calm, I like this thought. There was a moment in the Gobi desert, I knew, I have to come back to the desert. 

From rock to sand, I like this idea and I`m excited about what awaits me in this beautiful country Namibia.
